Terms & Conditions

We want to provide a high level of customer service and we hope you will be fully satisfied with both the service and the products you receive.

Payment: We will only take your payment when we know we can fulfil your order. If there is a problem at all we will keep you informed and will aim to be in touch within 24 hours.

Delivery: We currently offer first or second class delivery via Royal Mail:

First class standard delivery cost: £3.35

Second class standard delivery cost: £2.82

We also offer 'Royal Mail Signed For' options - we would highly recommend you choose this option for large orders as it allows you to track your parcel and also provides compensation cover.

As our fudge is made fresh to order, we will aim to send your order out within 5 working days. If for some reason we are not able to meet this timeframe, we will keep you informed by email. On the rare occasion that a product you have ordered is not available, we will be in touch to offer either an alternative item or a later delivery date. If neither of these options are suitable we will offer a full refund. We don’t dispatch on bank holidays.

For post dated deliveries please ensure enough days are allowed for the delivery option you have chosen to avoid disappointment. We are not able to take responsibility for any delays once items have been shipped. Occasionally due to circumstances such as weather or busy periods delays may be possible, however if there is a problem please feel free to contact us and we can do our best to help where possible. 

We use a courier service for larger orders. Please contact us to discuss the most suitable delivery options and receive a quote for your delivery.

If you would like to place multiple orders to be delivered to several different addresses, please complete a separate order for each recipient. This way we can ensure that the chosen products will reach each recipent. If you do have any questions please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Returns or refunds: If for whatever reason you are not happy with the service or a product that you have ordered, please do contact us or email us at hello.fudgebox@gmail.com, providing details of the issue as soon as possible. We will aim to get back to you within 24 hours to discuss your concerns and we will do our best to remedy the situation. Your feedback is valued and we aim for a satisfaction rate of 100%.

Shelf life: Our fudge is made using fresh ingredients and contains no added preservatives. Each package is sealed in an airtight wrapper to keep it fresh and we recommend that our fudge has a shelf life of approximately 28 days. Each package has a best before date clearly labelled along with a batch number for traceability.
